His care and support laid the foundation for our stay. We were visiting San Sebastian for the first time and our first experience at the property provided a glimpse of what San Sebastian would be. Amazing and simply the warmth!! The property felt very cosy and intimate. The location is 15-20 minutes ' walk to the beach and 3 minutes away from the closest bus stop. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Nice terrace and patio area to sit outside.

L'appartamento si trova in incantevole posizione nel porto vecchio di Bermeo, splendida e autentica cittadina in una zona fantastica della costa basca. È ampio e confortevole, dotato di tutto quello che serve per un comodo soggiorno, ci si sente come a casa propria. La proprietaria è molto gentile ed accogliente e ci ha fornito dei preziosi consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni.

Poco lontano da San Sebastian i prezzi sono pi' contenuti, dalla struttura si arriva ad una piccola ma piacevole spiaggia e al paesino storico di Orio, arroccato su di un colle, in pochi minuti. Unica precisazione non ci sono parcheggi liberi nelle vicinanze ma unicamente a pagamento.

Zero stairs from the entrance to the room: 1,2,7&8 share that feature. The staff managed to transform a hotel that usually had a beach feel to a cozy holiday chalet virtually overnight. Breakfast (13€) featured excellent gâteau basque cerise and brebis cheese. Solid dinner choices were but a short walk away.

The location was fantastic right in front of the sea in front of the main promenade. Our room was amazing with a huge balcony an sun loungers overlooking the pool with an amazing view of Hondarriba in the distance. The beds were comfortable and the room had everything we needed. We did not eat in the hotel as we decided to get a water taxi for €2.30 each across to Hondarriba which was buzzing with atmosphere and plenty of gastronomical delights to choose from. We really enjoyed the Thalassotherapy pool which was included in our room price. This was amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t have as long as we wanted here as the hotel receptionist on the morning of departure could strangely only organise our taxi for a certain early time although we requested it after check our time so we could fully avail of the Thalassotherapy pool. We thought that she could have been a bit more helpful as the staff on the previous day were extremely nice and understanding and helpful. The hotel breakfast buffet breakfast was quite pricey for us, even the cheaper option of the coffee/croissant was €8 but there are plenty of cafes nearby to choose from. Overall we had a fantastic stay.
